FRAGRANCE OILS

Fragrance Oils are the same as fragrant oil, potpourri oil, refresher oil for potpourri, burning oils, and simmering oils, incense oils etc. These oils can be used to fragrance up any room and/or dip incense, make candles etc.

Fragrance oils are not the same as Essential Oils.

What are fragrance oils?
Fragrance oils are artificially created fragrances, which contain artificial substances.

What are Essential Oils?

RETURN POLICY
We DO NOT accept returns on fragrance, incense or perfume oils or any skin products (i.e. soap, lotions, bath wash, oils etc.)

For us to accept a return and issue a credit, you must notify us by email at (scentsations4you at aol dot com) within 24-36 hours of receiving your order, and we'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Second, the product must be returned within 7 business days, and must include the RMA that was issued to you. Any product you acquire from us must not be used. Your item (s ) must be returned with all protective bags, tags, cards, receipts and invoices, in the same condition as received to our address P.O. Box 38583 Phoenix Arizona 85069.

There are absolutely no exceptions to our return policy. If we find that the item has been used, your item will immediately be returned to you at your sole cost. Please indicate the reason for return inside the box. You can reuse the original shipping box. We reserves the right to refuse returns after inspection of merchandise if such inspection shows that the merchandise was returned severely damaged returns.

Sorry, we DO NOT refund shipping cost for returned merchandise.

NOTE: You MUST have an RMA number on the return address label prior to returning your item/s. Items returned without an approved RMA number will be refused and may result in additional shipping charges to you.

We treat refused packages as returns. The above policy apply to refused packages.

INSURANCE
We offer UPS delivery insurance on all packages.

When your package arrive if the box/carton looks damage or open you may want to refuse this package and bring this to the attention of the UPS courier. This way the package is returned to us for inspection.

Insured packages damaged in transit must be brought to the attention of our UPS courier, and the staff at Scentsations Incense immediately. Contact Scentsations Incense within 24 hours.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders are processed 72 hours (business days) after receipt of payment or notification from our credit card merchant (Pay Pal). It would then be shipped via UPS GROUND. Total delivery time is estimated at 3-10 business days. Depending on size of order, products ordered, holiday seasons.

Do you have instructions on how to scent the incense sticks?
Yes, the instructions listed are a general guideline and may vary depending on equipment used and level of strength desired.

We suggest adding D.P.G. This is known to cut down on the black smoke that is emitted from incense. The ratio will vary and in house testing is suggested, however, a 70% fragrance and 30% D.P.G. is a normal cutting ratio.

For best results completely submerge incense in oil. Soak Incense for a minimum of 6 hours. Best results achieved when soaked for a 24 hour period After scenting, allow Incense to dry for one full day One pound of Fragrance Oil will scent between 500 and 800 Incense Sticks / Cones
